Who handles payments?
Stripe is the merchant of record. Stripe sells you the subscription, adds the right tax for where you are, and issues your invoices and receipts. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount. No questions. Email support@lateping.com from your account address. See the refund policy.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
You can't create new checks until you upgrade or remove some. Nothing is deleted.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing portal in your account. No email or call needed.
What does "coming soon" mean?
Those features don't work yet: today that's Team seats. If you buy Team now, you get 300 checks and priority support right away, and seats when they ship.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal. If you downgrade, checks over the new limit are paused, never deleted.
How does the Founding plan work?
It's $90 a year for Pro limits. The price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. We're offering it to the first 50 buyers only.
